my purpose & importance

I became a life coach because I know what it feels like to move through life just existing — not truly experiencing. I know the ache of feeling disconnected, unseen, and misunderstood. For a long time, I searched for meaning in jobs, places, and people, but nothing ever felt like home until I started connecting — really connecting — with others through truth, through story, and through heart. I’ve always known that I was here to walk beside people, to hold space for their healing, and to help them see what’s possible when they choose themselves. This work is deeply personal to me — it’s built from lived experience, from compassion, and from a genuine desire to see people rise. My purpose is to uplift, to inspire, and to gently guide others as they explore who they are and step into versions of themselves they’ve never experienced before. I want people to feel the kind of joy that gives them goosebumps — the kind that comes from living fully, not just surviving. If you’re ready to feel that, I’m here — and I see you.

why my mahi is important

My work is important because so many people are quietly carrying the weight of feeling disconnected — from themselves, from others, and from the life they truly want to live. We live in a world that moves fast, expects a lot, and often forgets the importance of inner healing, stillness, and emotional connection. I offer a space where people can slow down, breathe, and come home to themselves. Through holistic, tool-based coaching, I help people shift the limiting beliefs that hold them back, and reconnect with their confidence, clarity, and sense of purpose. This work matters because people matter — and everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered to live a life that feels aligned, not just tolerable.

The Importance of Supporting Confidence & Inner Connection in Our Youth.

We live in a world that constantly tells young people they’re not enough — not pretty enough, not strong enough, not loud enough, or too much of something else. Social media distorts their reality. School often rewards those who fit the mould. And somewhere in all of that noise, they start to lose their sense of self.

That’s why connection matters. That’s why this work is needed.

Our rangatahi deserve more than just “coping.” They deserve to know how to protect their energy, how to say no without guilt, how to trust their gut, and how to walk through life knowing they are worthy — exactly as they are. Many young people have been raised to people-please, to shrink themselves, to stay quiet — and it’s time we un-teach that.

Through this work, I help youth and young adults reconnect with their confidence, rediscover joy, and develop the life tools they don’t often learn in school — how to carry themselves, honour themselves, and move through the world with independence, strength, and self-love.

I’ve sat with young adults who’ve shared these struggles firsthand — and I see just how deep the need really is.
This work isn’t just important. It’s essential.

What Coaching With Me Looks Like

Coaching with me is a safe, grounded space where you get to show up exactly as you are. No judgment, no pressure — just real conversation, connection, and support. This journey is about you, and it’s yours to carry. You have to want to choose yourself for this process to truly flow. I’m not here to fix or change you — because you’re not broken. I’m here to walk beside you, to gently guide, encourage, and hold space as you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels strong, clear, and aligned. Every person, every group, every story is different — so the tools we use are shaped around you. Together, we create a path that meets your needs, supports your energy, and helps you build confidence, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.
